How does a return work?

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods? Please contact us by email at info@escapulario.com and let us know your customer number, the item number, the date of purchase and, please, also provide a reason for the return.

Please send the goods back in the undamaged original packaging and in a suitable shipping box. Textiles must of course not have been used or worn.

Are there any costs for a return?

Goods that you want to return because you imagined them differently, you have to send back to us yourself and postage sufficiently.

An article has a defect?

It's a shame, it shouldn't be like that - but it can happen. We also want to clearly communicate the subject of complaints for you:

If you want to complain about an item, please email us your customer number, the date of purchase, the article number and the reason for the complaint. 1 or 2 pictures are always very helpful.

We will look at your case and let you know by email or phone how we will proceed and what will happen next - because each case is individual.

The warranty is subject to legal regulations. You have the statutory right to supplementary performance for all defects that occur during the statutory warranty period of 1 year from delivery. We do not accept any liability for damage and defects resulting from improper use, operation, storage, negligent or faulty care and maintenance, overuse or improper repairs. If a product purchased from us should be damaged within the warranty period, we will forward it to the respective supplier, who will then decide on repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we can only acknowledge complaints once they have been confirmed by the manufacturer - we therefore ask for appropriate patience when processing them.
